Automated scam message telling me my phone number will be blocked in 2 hours. Press one for English, two for Chinese. Then the message repeated in presumably Chinese. Message was silent until I spoke. This is a very common tactic that uses an identical message across numerous mobile numbers. (проигрывалась запись / автомат)
