They said they were from Humana, and gave me a credit card (ending in 4-digits) which is mine, and said there were problems with the billing. I do have Humana but have never used that particular credit card with them. (live person)
They left me a voicemail saying they were from Humana and needed me to call them back. When I called Humana they said nobody had called me. (live person)
I did not pick up; they left no me (silent call / hung up)

They said they were from an insurance company that I just acquired. Stated my payment did not go through and asked for my card number. When I stated asking questions, they hung up (robocall / recorded message)
