three calls in 4 hours. no message. unknown to us... many calls per month...... (robocall / recorded message)

9:00 am. No answer.... (silent call / hung up)

We received numerous calls from this number (3 today), going back to April 6th at least. We don't answer because we don't recognize it and no message is left. Today I'd had it and picked up - it was the Conservative Party of Canada asking for my husband. I said he isn't in the house and we've had many calls from this number and he said very rudely that's because we want to speak to J... H.... (my husband). If you want to speak to him and he wants to speak to you, he would respond if you left a message. There are 2 variations on this number too ... ending 250-412-1949, 250-412-1920. The only reaaon why i care who these idiots are is so that i can find their office and give them a real piece of my "mind"- with a baseball bat. (robocall / recorded message)

The conservatives calling their members in regards to the upcoming leadership vote in September. I don’t mind but also not interested in talking to anyone. I already sent my ballot in and moved on. Best advice if you don’t know a number and or do and not interested, don’t answer. The calls are done by computers. There is no person dialing your number manually. The person just waits for a call to connect. When you don’t answe, your number goes back in the queue again. Your other option is to register with the national do not call list. You must do this yourself. Once registered, all organizations using technology gets updated and your number should not be dialed again. It doesn’t work for scammers but for sales places like internet companies that do outbound campaigns, it does remove you from their call list. Why do they have dialing campaigns. Simply because they work or no one would waste their time. You and I are here because we are not their type of customer. It’s not illegal to call. Legitimate companies have an internal dnc, customers who don’t want a specific organization to call them, and the national one which removes you from all legitimate callers who call randomly through various campaigns. I hope this helps. Trust me you he scam calls are annoying that I don’t want to answer any call I don’t recognize. Best advice I have is continue to ignore and use vm to screen unknown callers.
