This is a scammer. I have been researching this group for a year now. They have a 'law office' called TPH Law in Toronto, and they set up fake debts on people then try to collect them. They also work with another company called CBV collections, where they appear to have an inside person to collect the fraudulent funds as they come in. CBV is an actual company, but they are being used to help commit this fraud. You may also find a fake deliquent on your credit rating. They started by sending me a letter saying I owed a debt and options for paying it. I have found two other people in BC who recieved the identical letter, word for word, same amounts, same dates, every word identical except for recipient name and date and an account number. (robocall / recorded message)

This number keeps calling me but there is never a message left. Every time I call back I get an automated message saying "UT1 this number is not in service!" (robocall / recorded message)
