It is a fake, manipulative survey aimed at collecting information for other purposes, not for what they say. (robocall / recorded message)

Number called during the day, woman said "Hellooo, good day!?" in Serbian. Sighed and hung up after hearing I'm answering in English. It's not possible to call back. (live person)

I have a missed call from that number. (robocall / recorded message)

Probably a robocall. Spoke in serbian? and continued even after "Do you speak english?" from my side... (robocall / recorded message)

Numbers that start with 020 have a tendency to be scam numbers, robocalls, surveys or just annoying political campaigns and are rarely actual company numbers (the exceptions being some banks). This number is also hidden from the Universal Phonebook and I therefore advise you to just not even answer it. In general, don't answer 020 numbers unless you are expecting someone with that number to call you. (robocall / recorded message)
